1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PMC (Project Management for Consultants), a service operated by FlowLogic LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PMC provides project management tools designed for consultants, including:

  • Work item tracking and management
  • Client project organization
  • Document import from Google Docs and Sheets
  • Budget and timeline tracking
  • AI-powered document parsing

3. User Accounts

Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Types

  • Consultant Accounts: Primary accounts that can create and manage clients
  • Client Accounts: Associated with a consultant account for project collaboration

4. Google Drive Integration

Authorization

By connecting your Google account, you authorize PMC to:

  • Access your Google Drive files in read-only mode
  • Read content from Google Docs you select
  • Read content from Google Sheets you select

Limitations

PMC will NOT:

  • Modify or delete your files
  • Access files you don't explicitly select
  • Share your files with third parties
  • Use your data for advertising

Revocation

You can revoke PMC's access to your Google account at any time through:

  • Your PMC account settings
  • Your Google Account permissions page

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not upload malicious code or content
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Not interfere with other users' access to the service
  • Respect intellectual property rights

6. Data Ownership and Usage

Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you create, upload, or import into PMC. This includes:

  • Work items and project data
  • Client information
  • Documents and imported content

Our Rights

You grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your data to provide the service
  • Use AI to parse and analyze documents you import
  • Create backups for data security

7. AI-Powered Features

PMC uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to parse documents and generate work item estimates.

  • AI suggestions are provided as-is and may not be 100% accurate
  • You should review and verify all AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for final decisions based on AI recommendations

8. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access
  • We are not liable for downtime or data loss (maintain your own backups)

9. Fees and Payment

If and when we introduce paid features:

  • Pricing will be clearly displayed
  • You agree to pay applicable fees
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

10. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion:

  • Your data will be permanently deleted
  • Google Drive access will be revoked
  • You will lose access to all projects

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the service or other users

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Suitability for your specific needs
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security against all threats

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWLOGIC LLC AND PMC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the fees you paid in the last 12 months

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlowLogic LLC and PMC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via:

  • Email notification
  • In-app notification
  • Updated "Last updated" date on this page

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
