Google Drive Access

When you connect Google Drive, we request read-only access to:

• Your Google Drive files (to browse and select documents)
• Google Docs content (to import work items)
• Google Sheets content (to import work items)

We only read files you explicitly select for import. We never modify, delete, or share your Google Drive files.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our service
• To manage your account and projects
• To import work items from your Google Docs and Sheets
• To send you service-related notifications
• To improve our application

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides:

• Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
• Encrypted data at rest
• Regular security updates
• Row-level security policies

Google OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage and are only used to access files you explicitly select.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data:

• With your explicit consent
• With service providers necessary to operate our application (e.g., Supabase, Google APIs)
• When required by law

• Disconnect Google Drive access at any time
• Revoke permissions in your Google Account settings

7. Google API Services

PMC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only use Google API data to:

• Display files you can import
• Read content from documents you select
• Parse and import work items

We do not use Google API data for serving advertisements or for any purpose other than importing work items.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
